Lock down!

Lock down!

UPDATE 9/4: SSL was successfully implemented on our site.  A few images had to be fixed before being able to say our site was fully secure, but it is now 100%.  If there are any problems please let me know.  I know all the links changed a bit, and I plan on fixing them as soon as possible.

Also part of the update, our privacy policy was updated.  The changes include:

  • SSL certificate we use
  • CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act) disclosure
  • How we handle Do Not Track Requests (we respect DNT!)
  • Fair Information Practices disclosure
  • CANSPAM disclosure

As usual, any questions about our privacy policy, feel free to ask!

I thought this would be a show post but it’s not quite yet. Though I will say that we have good news. Our site is going to be encrypted by our web hosting people. So now when you browse our site or put any information on our site we will have SSL certificate and keep you secured. I will more than likely break the site for a bit while I put this all together but I will be taking care of this later in the evening. Some parts and links are already broken but will be brought back up tonight or tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and I will keep you posted as things move on.
